'Importance of having Breakfast'


Breakfast can help prevent strokes, heart attack and sudden death. Advice on not to skip breakfast!

For those who always skip breakfast, you should stop that habit now! You've heard many times that 'Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.' Now, recent research confirms that one of the worst practices you can develop may be avoiding breakfast.
Why?








Because the frequency of heart attack, sudden death, and stroke peaks between 6: 00a.m. and noon, with the highest incidence being
between 8: 00a.m. and 10:00a.m.What mechanism within the body could account for this significant jump in sudden death in the earlymorning hours?

Platelet, tiny elements in the blood that keep us from bleeding to Death if we get a cut, can clump together inside our arteries due to

Cholesterol or laque buildup in the artery lining. It is in the morning hours that platelets become the most activated and tend to form these internal blood clots at the greatest frequency.





However, eating even a very light breakfast prevents the morning platelet activation that is associated with heart attacks and strokes. Studies performed at Memorial University in St.Johns, Newfoundland found that eating a light, very low-fat breakfast was critical in modifying the morning platelet activation. Subjects in the study consumed either low-fat or fat-free yogurt, orange juice, fruit, and a source of protein coming from yogurt or fat-free milk. So if you skip breakfast, it's important that you change this practice immediately in light of this research. Develop a simple plan to eat cereal, such as oatmeal or Bran Flakes, along with six ounces of grape juice or orange juice, and perhaps a piece of fruit. This simple plan will keep your platelets from sticking together, keep blood clots from forming, and perhaps head off a potential Heart Attack or stroke. So never ever skip breakfast

Finding Great Topics to Write About

It seems it would be a snap to write a short article of five hundred to a thousand words. After all, you're knowledgeable in many subjects, you're intelligent and you're a talented writer who enjoys writing. So why do you face that dreaded writer's block when you sit down at the keyboard
Most daunting, perhaps, is finding a topic to write about. You've already written articles about all the subjects you know best, often two or three times from different angles, and you can't use any of those subjects again. The deadline is tomorrow
You're good at research, so that's not the problem. Usually the Muse is with you once you get going, so that's not it either. All you need is a new topic for your next article, and you'll be able to knock out a good one. How do you come up with a new subject
It's best to let the topic come to you, to strike you in the head, if you will. In order to do this successfully, you can't be thinking about it too hard. That's certainly paradoxical
One great way to come up with topics is the somewhat old fashioned process of reading the newspaper. Read all the sections. More often than not, there is some story that grabs your interest about some subject you've never heard of before or about one that has been scratching at the back of your consciousness for a few weeks. Often the newspaper article will provide all the facts you need to pop out an entire article of your own. If not, it doesn't take long to do a little research in Google to get the missing pieces
Another way to find new topics is to read magazines and books for pleasure and cash in on the ideas that strike you while reading that remind you of other things. Your mind makes associations and sees things in new ways when it's relaxed by reading
You can also observe products while food shopping. There are always plenty of items for sale you've never noticed before, and some of them are fads. Fads are good to write about because they tie into the current collective consciousness of society and therefore people are interested in reading about them
It's good to let your mind wander. This is how different ideas that are floating around a bit aimlessly in your consciousness can suddenly juxtapose themselves atop one another in a new way
Sometimes by purposefully pursuing this mind wandering, you can come up with several topics you've never thought of writing about before. You find yourself enthusiastic about writing your new article and effortlessly pop it out and a few more. You may even end up with a list of new topics that will keep you busy for a few weeks!

Why Women Cry


A little boy asked his mother, "Why are you crying?" "Because I'm a woman," she told him.

"I don't understand," he said. His Mom just hugged him and said, "And you never will."

Later the little boy asked his father, "Why does mother seem to cry for no reason?"

"All women cry for no reason," was all his dad could say.

The little boy grew up and became a man, still wondering why women cry.

Finally he put in a call to Scholar. When Scholar got on the phone, he asked, " Scholar, why do women cry so easily?"

Scholar said:

"When Allah made the woman she had to be special.

Allah made her shoulders strong enough to carry the weight of the world,

yet gentle enough to give comfort.

HE gave her an inner strength to endure childbirth and the rejection that many times comes from her children.

HE gave her a hardness that allows her to keep going when everyone else gives up, and take care of her family through sickness and fatigue without complaining.

HE gave her the sensitivity to love her children under any and all circumstances, even when her child has hurt her very badly.

HE gave her strength to carry her husband through his faults and fashioned her from his rib to protect his heart.

HE gave her wisdom to know that a good husband never hurts his wife, but sometimes tests her strengths and her resolve to stand beside him unfalteringly.

And finally, HE gave her a tear to shed. This is hers exclusively to use whenever it is needed."

BE YOURSELf.

Have you ever said words you do not agree with just to please others ? Have you worn ugly and uncomfortable clothes just because they were in style ? Have you ever hated a person just because your friends hated him ? If you answer YES to any of the following questions than you are not being yourself . Read on to discover the uniqueness an individual .

Today society tries to change individuals without them knowing . A person will do certain things that they do not enjoy doing just to fit in . For example , FEMALES wear high heels which are very uncomfortable and cause lots of pain but FEMALES still wear them because they are Good-Looking and feminine . This is wrong and this is a great example of not being yourself . Each and every person on Earth is unique ! This uniqueness will disappear if you just do what other poeple are doing . Do what you want to do . You live once so have FUN ! Be yourself all the time .

The first step to being yourself is accepting the way you are . Nobody is perfect including you ! So stop trying to change yourself on the inside or the outside . Forget the rude remarks people have made and remember the good comments .

The second step is understanding that some people will not accept you for who you are and will try to change you the way society changed them . Ignore the remarks made up these people . Be yourself and make sure that the people around you are being their self

The last step and the most exciting one is doing what you enjoy . If you think orange matches with light green than wear orange with laight greaan and ignore what anyone else says because these people are jealous of you and are incapable of being their self . It is a great thing to be you . But it is hard very hard especially in our generation . You also must believe in yourself .

" This qoute by E.E. Coummings is a great qoute that explains how important and difficult it is to be yourself but how rewarding it is . " You've got to be original , because if you're like someone else ' what do they need you for ? " Baranadette Peters said this and this explains the importance of being you . So be happy , be safe , and be YOURSELF ! :
